Truffy's Delivery Service

1. Our Drivers

Our own deliveries are priced at £34.99 anywhere in Yorkshire. If your order consists of a bulky item and the delivery address is outside of Yorkshire, we will contact you to provide a quote for delivery. For smaller appliances, we may use a courier company.Once you have placed your order, a member of our sales team will be in touch with you to arrange delivery. As our method of delivery involves our own drivers, and we cover different areas of the country each day, it could take up to two weeks for us to deliver your product. However, in most cases, we can deliver your order sooner than this time frame.If you wish to reschedule a delivery or change delivery details, you must email or call us 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. This does not include bank holidays and weekends.Our driver will contact you via phone approximately 30 minutes before arriving at your delivery address unless other arrangements have been made with a member of our staff. Deliveries occur between 8 AM and 5 PM, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.If there is a clear and easy access route for your appliance/items, the driver may assist you in bringing the item inside, except when the driver deems it unsafe to do so. If you have paid for installation of your appliance/item, the driver will assist you with bringing the item inside, provided there is a clear access route. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product will fit through any doors; our drivers will not remove doors to facilitate delivery. Once our driver has delivered the product, they will unpack it and photograph it. Please inform us if any of the above factors affect your order, as undelivered items caused by such issues will be subject to a failed delivery fee.

2. Third Party Palletised Deliveries

If we cannot deliver your order with our drivers, we will use a palletised third-party courier. The order process remains the same as if delivered by our own driver: you will place your order, and then a member of the team will contact you to arrange delivery. Your product will be securely packed and strapped to a pallet for kerbside delivery. You will be required to sign for these deliveries, so please ensure that you are home when the delivery arrives. The driver will call you when they are en route. Third-party deliveries charge per pallet, so if your order exceeds one pallet, additional charges will apply.

3. Third Party Couriers for Smaller Items

We send smaller items with a third-party courier of our choice, provided they can fit safely and securely in a parcel. After placing your order, one of our team will contact you to confirm the order and delivery. If it's suitable to send the product this way, we will inform you and dispatch your item within 3-5 working days after your order. The courier will deliver your item within their time frame (usually within 72 hours, depending on the delivery address). You will need to sign for the delivery, so please ensure you are home.

Failed Delivery Charges May Apply

If we have arranged a delivery for a product and no one is present at the address to accept and sign for it, you will be responsible for paying a failed delivery fee. If there are other reasons for the delivery not occurring, such as the item not fitting through the door or the wrong item being ordered, you will also be liable for a failed delivery charge. Failed delivery charges are £60 and are at the discretion of the manager.

Pickups & Collections

We offer collections of orders as long as you inform us when placing your order.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Occasionally, incidents may prevent us from delivering your product at the specified time, such as road traffic accidents, extreme weather, or vehicle breakdowns. If this occurs, we will inform you at the earliest possible time.Due to potential delays, we highly recommend that you do not book a kitchen fitter until the appliance has been delivered and you have had time to inspect it. If you do not adhere to this advice and the product is not with you when expected but you have booked a kitchen fitter, any associated costs will be at your own expense, and we will not reimburse these costs.

Installation Services

Please note that not all products that require professional certified installation are available. If installation is available, it may incur an additional cost.
